The City of Chicago needed a site
that would serve as a resource for residents before, during, and
after a city-wide emergency. But they wanted this site to do more—be
a resource people turned to for timely
information like news, weather, and more. I used a wide seven-column
grid to organize this information and tabs along the top make the most
